Hello Community, I’m at my wit’s end with a withdrawal issue that’s dragging on far longer than promised, and need real experience😢
It’s been 14+ days since I added the bank account and the status is still “in review.” The popup keeps saying 24 hours, but nothing changes.
Support is unresponsive on Gmail and there’s no clear ticketing system on the platform.
I connected with the client involved. Contra support on Gmail claimed they were verifying contract authentication and that the client wasn’t responding. The client says they did respond and even shared proof of contact.
Has anyone else faced a similar situation? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it? Right now, I’m frustrated and unsure what to do next, I’m looking for practical ideas and any alternatives to move this forward.
