My AI video workflow is surprisingly simple:
⚡ Google Flow – This is where I create most of my cinematic AI videos. It's my go-to for realistic motion, storytelling, and high-end commercial visuals.
🎬 CapCut – Where everything comes together. I use it for editing, pacing, sound design, subtitles, transitions, and the final polish that makes a video feel complete.
I've learned that great AI content isn't about using the most tools—it's about mastering a workflow that consistently delivers quality.

Keeping the generation in Flow and the final cut in CapCut is a clean split. The decision that slows me down is whether a weak shot needs another pass in Flow or can be saved in the cut. What usually sends you back to Flow?

Can AI understand your rough sketches?
ChatGPT just added a new sketch feature to its new Images 2.5 model, so I tried it with extremely simple sketches and short prompts to see how well it could understand my intention.
And honestly, I actually like it!
This can be helpful especially when you already have a specific pose or composition in mind and want to quickly turn that rough idea into something more refined.

Absolutely. The ability to translate a rough sketch into a refined visual while preserving the intended pose, composition, and creative direction could make the ideation process much faster. It feels especially useful for designers who want to communicate an idea visually before spending time refining every detail. Definitely a feature worth experimenting with in a real workflow.

I worked on the full video from scene development to final delivery including character design and consistency, Pixar-style environments, AI animation, visual storytelling, transitions, pacing and final editing.
The project runs for over 6 minutes with multiple locations, character interactions and product-focused scenes while maintaining the same visual world throughout.
