Urvashi Beauty Parlour & Big Blue Salon has been run by the Pitre family since 1974 - founded by Veena Pitre, who brought the international CIDESCO exam to India. Their website was built in 2011: table layouts, no mobile version, nav buttons that are Photoshop JPEGs from 2010 — and last month the family updated their prices by uploading a photo of a paper rate card. The business is alive; the website was the bottleneck.

• "Ask Urvashi" AI assistant trained only on their real menu/prices/locations/bridal policy — recommends by budget and books from chat
• Owner dashboard — today/week views, high-value bridal flagging with required consultation dates, leads list, one-click status changes
