Of course, my first paid digital product is a
Notion System Playbook. LOL.
I've been helping teams fix their Notion for years now. Same patterns, same headaches like you know a bazillion solo pages, messy sidebars, duplicate SOPs, dashboards no one opens, you know it. At some point it felt silly to keep saying the same things 1:1 instead of writing it down.
So this is that. The framework I'd build from on day one if I were starting fresh: 5 pillars, a starter blueprint, and the rules that keep a hub usable as a team grows.
It's also the version of Notion I think AI actually needs in order to be useful - clean, owned, current, and of course connected.
Link in comments if your workspace is overdue for a fix. 😉
P.S. It took me like 6 hours to create the playbook in Canva. 5 hours of overthinking + 1 hour building.
