Building a Fully Autonomous "Copilot" for a Digital Product Shopify Store : I’m currently working on an end-to-end AI automation project that essentially acts as a complete operational copilot for a custom digital product Shopify store.
The goal was to eliminate manual data entry, overcome language barriers, and streamline the entire fulfillment process from the moment an order is placed to the final delivery and revision rounds.
Here is a breakdown of how the workflow operates:
Intelligent Order Processing: Whenever a new order arrives via Shopify, the system instantly catches it. Since the store receives orders in Italian, the automation translates the raw data into Standard English.
Data Extraction & CRM Sync: It doesn't just translate; it processes the data, splits it into actionable, structured information, and automatically fetches it into a custom project management board/CRM for the fulfillment team.
Human-Like Delivery & Support: Once the digital product is marked as ready, the system automatically sends it to the client. It handles the communication dynamically, responding to the client just like a human support agent would.
Automated Revision Loop: If a client needs a revision, they just reply. The copilot translates their feedback, processes the request, and automatically logs the new revision task back into the custom board.
By tying all these APIs and logic steps together, the system handles the heavy lifting of translation, support, and task management entirely on its own. It’s been an incredible challenge in workflow architecture and API integration!
