Better late than never.
Hi everyone! I'm excited to finally get my entry in for the #envatochallenge.
I'm a lifelong football fan, and my club, Arsenal, has just won its first Premier League title in 22 years. After years of near misses (including three consecutive second-place finishes) I wanted to create something that captured the emotion, resilience, and persistence behind that journey.
For my submission, I reimagined Arsenal's title-winning story through a stylized poster-inspired football universe.
My workflow started in Envato ImageGen, where I designed a consistent cast of Arsenal-inspired characters. Instead of realistic footballers, I developed a unique visual style featuring exaggerated proportions, oversized boots, and a bold poster-art aesthetic. I created character sheets, action poses, facial expressions, and turnaround references to keep every player visually consistent throughout the project.
I then moved into Envato VideoGen to bring those characters to life and build the narrative visually - from disappointment and doubt to belief, resilience, and ultimately becoming champions. The final edit, narration, pacing, and storytelling were completed in CapCut.
Human by Design: AI naturally pushed toward realistic football players, but I chose a completely different direction. I deliberately built a stylized football world with fashion-inspired proportions and collectible-toy influences because it better captured the feeling I wanted to communicate. That creative decision became the foundation of the entire project and shaped every asset that followed.
This piece is my celebration of persistence, belief, and what it feels like when years of waiting finally pay off.
