Hello all, my name is Marina. I am a Graphic designer for ten years and a UX?UI Designer the last two years, from Greece.

The idea behind the FlowCare app was birthed out of long-term volunteer work in grassroots organizations, including collaborations with groups such as Plavio Uganda.

It made it glaringly clear to us that menstrual health is just not a medical topic but a day-to-day barrier affecting female's lives.

FlowCare is simply: for girls to have a calm, trusting space to learn, track, and find support—grounded on local realities—so that period care can be safer, prouder, and more feasible for them all through the month.
