Looking for a Growth Marketer and Traffic Specialist for Supplements Website
Description
We are working with a consumer supplements brand in the sleep & wellness space with a clear problem: insufficient, inconsistent website traffic.
This role is not for beginners, tacticians, or freelancers who only “run ads.”
We are looking for a senior growth marketer who can diagnose traffic constraints, choose the correct acquisition channels, and execute with commercial discipline.
We want someone who understands:
Supplements & health marketing constraints
Customer awareness levels
Channel–message–offer fit
How traffic, conversion, and LTV interact
The website is live, branded, and functional.
Traffic strategy is the bottleneck.
Scope of Work
Phase 1 – Diagnosis:
Identify why traffic is low
Evaluate existing positioning, messaging, and offer
Choose 1–2 primary acquisition channels with justification
Define success metrics beyond impressions and clicks
