But I’m still waiting for my success — waiting for the moment when I finally get a job.People take interviews, but in reality, can everyone truly do what they claim in an interview? Some people are even confused, and the truth becomes clear only when you actually look at the design.I’m not against interviews, but I believe that instead of interviews, giving a designer a proper brief and letting them do the work is a better way to judge their ability. A designer is capable if they can deliver the work — no matter what language they speak. What do you think about this approach?
