I built GlowHaus Studio, a streamlined booking experience for GlowHaus Studio, an independent hair studio in Atlanta, Georgia.
The goal was to remove the back-and-forth involved in turning a customer inquiry into a confirmed appointment. Customers can choose a service, see available time slots based on the service duration, enter their details, and confirm their appointment with a $25 deposit.
I also built an owner portal where the stylist can see upcoming appointments, view appointment details, manage the calendar, and handle reminders, rescheduling, and cancellations.
The idea was to make booking effortless for the customer while reducing the repetitive scheduling and follow-up work for a solo salon owner.

This feels much closer to the full customer handoff than just "pick a slot and book". Deposit, remaining balance, stylist, prep notes, location, calendar sync... all the little things that normally create follow-up messages are already there. Nice work. The pre-appointment prep notes are a particularly good touch.
