Hey — I build lightweight monitoring and automation systems for servers,
VPS, and self-hosted setups.
What I actually built (not a mockup): an autonomous monitoring system
running on a Raspberry Pi — a C engine reads live system stats via native
Linux system calls, a Bash layer automates and schedules it, and alerts
fire in real-time to Discord through a webhook API. Every snapshot logs to
SQLite. It's the same pattern big companies pay for with tools like
Datadog or Grafana — just built lean and cheap.
