Curriculum model - courses composed of modules and lessons, authored once and surfaced through either delivery mode
Enrollment and progress - per-student state that tracks completion independently of how a student is consuming the material
Cohort scheduling - dated sessions layered over the same lessons, so a cohort is a schedule pointing at curriculum rather than a copy of it
Instructor view - where each student actually is, instead of inferring it from attendance
