Job Title: Senior Webflow / Framer Developer – Premium Executive Brand (Peacemaker Program)
Project Description:
We are seeking a top-tier independent developer or designer-developer to build the official web platform for the Peacemaker Program, an elite aggression-management and behavioural-threat navigation system founded by Michael Dyson.
Our target brand aesthetic is strictly "Apple clarity meets executive intelligence and behavioral science authority". This is a high-end dark-mode build that requires immense respect for grid layouts, precise typographic hierarchy, generous whitespace, and subtle micro-interactions .
We have a fully finalized, line-by-line Copywriting & Design Brief along with structured wireframe mockups completely locked in. We do not need a generic concept; we need precise, clean execution.
Key Scope of Work:
Frontend Build: 5 responsive pages (Home, About, Free Training, Tools Shop, Corporate Services) built natively on Webflow or Framer with a scalable, organized CSS structure.
Dynamic CMS Structure: Configuring dynamic collections for our blog articles and YouTube-driven video lesson modules so content can be added effortlessly .
Interactive Components: Building a sticky navigation header, an automatic exit-intent lead capture modal, and an interactive circular flow schematic illustrating the OODA Loop system.
Backend Technical Plumbing: Complete integration of web forms to our email marketing platform (ConvertKit/MailerLite), including automated subscriber tagging and instant delivery configurations.
Domain Security Architecture: Full configuration of underlying DNS authentication records, specifically handling SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setups to ensure maximum email deliverability.
Requirements to Apply:
You must have a verified portfolio demonstrating previous custom, minimalist dark-mode builds with dynamic CMS integration.
You must explicitly confirm that you can execute the technical backend infrastructure (forms mapping, tagging, and DNS/DMARC authentication), not just visual layout design.
