Young Multi – Immersive Artist Website with Image Distortion
Website for Young Multi, a Polish hip-hop artist. The goal was to make something that feels like the artist's music – raw, energetic, and a little chaotic.
The main interaction is a custom image distortion shader – when you move your mouse over photos, they warp and bend in real time. It's not a filter or a CSS trick, it's actual WebGL running on the GPU. Combined with smooth scroll transitions and a dark, moody layout that lets the photography breathe.
This was my first project that got real attention online and pushed me to go deeper into shaders and creative development.
The category default for AI products is dark backgrounds and gradient glow. Heron's audience is architects, so we built the visual system out of their working material instead.
Everything on the site is drawn as architectural line work. Plans, elevations, dimension strings, and annotation boxes styled like redline mark-ups, each one holding a genuine code reference rather than lorem text.
The system does two jobs. It reads as native to someone who spends their day inside Revit, and it supports the product story, because Heron works inside the drawing rather than beside it.
Today, I want to show you the music player that inspired me to build SukhSangeet — a Personal Audio Workspace & Playlist Engine.
This project started as an idea and eventually evolved into SukhSangeet, with a stronger focus on playlists, music discovery, and a better listening experience.
