In this project, we led a full redesign of a SaaS platform for staff scheduling and workload management in healthcare facilities.

The product is used daily by clinic managers and nurses — users who need clarity, predictability, and speed rather than complex or overengineered interfaces.

This was not just a visual refresh, but a product-level redesign focused on logic, user flows, and cognitive load.
