I built a real-time AI voice agent for TeeTime GolfPass to replace manual phone support with an automated system capable of natural conversation, contextual memory, and accurate information retrieval.
1️⃣ Connected Twilio Voice with GPT-4 and Google TTS for smooth, human-like interactions.
2️⃣ Added a Redis-backed memory layer so the AI could keep context across conversations.
3️⃣ Unified Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM, and website content into a pgvector knowledge base.
4️⃣ Reduced latency with pre-buffered holding messages, cutting wait time from about ten seconds to under two.
The system now handles real customer calls, retrieves tickets automatically, and responds with natural pacing. It reduced manual support workload by over 80 percent and improved overall response quality.
