My Smart Library - AI-Integrated Book Management System
developed a sophisticated personal library management system using Notion and n8n. This project is designed to automate the book tracking process, where the system fetches metadata (like summaries, authors, and ISBN) and organizes them into a clean, actionable database.
Key Features:
• Automated Data Retrieval: Automatically populates book details (Author, ISBN, Summaries) to save manual entry time.
• Smart Categorization: Tracks reading status, dates added, and cover images for a visual library experience.
• Centralized Knowledge Hub: A perfect example of using Notion as a powerful CMS for personal or professional research.
Tools & Technologies:
• Notion (Advanced Database Design)
• n8n (Backend Automation & API fetching)
• Google Books API / Open Library API (Data sourcing)

The goal is to create a useful experience that connects technology, thoughtful design, and business growth in one platform.
Amazing Design
Giving AI full access to your business data is risky. Giving it no access makes it useless.
So I built a small server that sits in the middle. Claude can search and read my agency records, but it cannot change anything on its own. Every change needs a human to approve it first, and every answer shows which record it came from.
I use it every day with Claude Code.
If you want AI to work with your own systems safely, I can build the same for you.
I'd bind each approval to the proposed field changes and the record version it was reviewed against. If someone edits an agency record while a change is waiting, does your server require a fresh approval before applying the proposal to the newer data?
