Goal: give a fantasy football league a fun, fair way to set its draft order on draft night, with everyone playing from their own phone.

Solution: a live multiplayer web app. The host creates a room, players join with a 4-letter code, and everyone plays four rounds: two quiz rounds, a 1v1 round robin and a golf-style game. Answers and scores sync across every phone in real time. Built as a static site on a Supabase real-time database, hosted free on GitHub Pages.

Impact: used live on the league's draft night; the combined leaderboard set the draft order with a reveal at the end.
