SubSpark is a mobile video editor built around one thing: generating subtitles fast. Most editors bury that feature  create a project, import your video, dig through menus, then finally generate. If speed is the whole pitch, that path defeats the point. So I gave auto-subtitles their own card right on the home screen, next to "Create new project"  pick a video, done, two taps total. It's a small architectural call, but it's the difference between an app that says it's fast and one that actually is.
