A patented Ayurvedic product was confined within a clinical identity - medicinal packaging, a functional logo, and messaging that failed to inspire change. Our deep-dive research revealed a crucial insight: the core audience was younger, more aspirational, and motivated by empowerment rather than caution.
The challenge, therefore, was to shift the narrative - from sterile education to cultural relevance. We renamed the brand and positioned 'Azaadi' as a movement, not a medicine - a symbol of freedom, progress, and the power to choose a healthier life.
