One thing I’ve noticed over time is that working with agencies and working directly with clients each brings something different. When working with agencies, the workflow often feels smoother. Everyone knows their role, expectations are clearer, and the process tends to move forward more efficiently. There’s usually a shared structure that makes collaboration easier and keeps things focused. At the same time, there’s something I really enjoy about working directly with clients too. There’s a certain charm in working closely with someone who’s deeply invested in their idea. They often bring perspectives, goals, and ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of myself.
