We launched Spot Dog Daycare 7 months ago in Manhattan, NY, and currently serve a dedicated community of 500 dog clients. Our brand aesthetic is approachable luxury—warm, upscale, inclusive, and high-end, without being stuffy.
We are looking for a long-term social media partner (starting with a 30-day paid trial) to manage our Instagram and TikTok.
The Core Objective: Our social media is not about chasing viral growth from non-dog owners. It is a retention and loyalty tool designed to build a deep sense of community among our existing 500 clients. The content should feel like an upscale, curated "digital clubhouse" or yearbook that makes our current owners proud to be part of the Spot family.
Monthly Deliverables:
In-Feed: 15 edited video posts per month (Reels/TikToks focusing on storytelling, daily daycare life, and client spotlights).
Stories: 3 stories per day (predominantly image-based, real-time community updates).
Workflow: Content batched and delivered for weekly review. Full brand assets (logo, typeface) provided.
