Working on a custom-built website with crores of products.
Ran into an issue with auto-updating sitemaps.
We built an automation with the dev team to update sitemaps dynamically.
On paper, everything looked fine.
In reality, Google could not crawl them.
After digging in, we found the root cause.
The sitemaps were being generated via an API, and Google does not have access to that API layer.
So while the sitemaps existed, they were effectively invisible to Googlebot.
Currently working on a workaround to make them crawlable.
Will share the fix once we crack it.

But a first-time visitor saw three product names with zero descriptions. Six services weren't on the page at all. Not buried - completely absent.
Every visitor who needed those services left without knowing they existed. That's a revenue problem, not a UX problem.
The fix was structural: Products with one-line value statements — Full services offering made scannable — Hero headline rewritten from feature to outcome language
Same product. Same pricing. Just visible.
