I performed a detailed cost estimation for the Microwave Vacuum Pyrolysis (MVP) process, integrating Aspen Plus simulations and manual calculations. This work involved analyzing the total capital and operating costs, utility expenses, and raw material requirements to evaluate the economic feasibility of the process. This project showcased my ability to combine technical simulation skills with financial analysis, ensuring the process was both cost-effective and environmentally sustainable.
