After building dozens of WordPress websites, I’ve noticed something important:
Most sites don't fail because of the design… They fail because of structure.
If you want a WordPress site that performs well, start with this:
✔️ Use a lightweight theme (Astra / Hello Elementor) ✔️ Minimize plugins — 12–18 max is ideal ✔️ Compress images before uploading ✔️ Build reusable blocks instead of repeating sections ✔️ Install essential speed plugins (LiteSpeed Cache / WP Optimize) ✔️ Test every page on mobile first, desktop second
