What tools are out in the wild that can help simply bring an illustrated character to life and match it to audio/voice recording?
@Sarineh Issagholian what first comes to mind are
- whisk
- flora
- krea
At least on Flora and Krea you can upload images and generate videos from that.
Whisk works very similar but I haven't used it as much. I wouldn't know how to match it with the audio, but maybe it helps with the video!

@Sarineh Issagholian I think I come across them on Linkedin mostly and also on a Slack Group from my work. I work at an agency called Monks for Google, so we try to be very immersed in tech.
