Advanced Property Search & Filtering: Engineered a custom search architecture allowing users to filter by location, property type, price range, and specific amenities (e.g., pool, sea view, bedrooms).
Custom Catalog Management: Configured a scalable WordPress backend specifically for real estate listings, enabling easy management of hundreds of villas, apartments, and commercial properties.
Dual-Purpose Platform (Sale & Rent): Developed distinct workflows for long-term sales and short-term holiday rentals, providing a seamless user journey for both investors and travelers.
Conversion-Optimized Leads: Integrated intuitive inquiry forms and strategic CTA elements designed to capture high-value leads and connect them directly with agents.
