Strategic Venture Design: Undercover CI Agency
I developed the conceptual framework and operational structure for a specialized Competitive Intelligence agency. This project demonstrates my ability to identify market gaps and architect a service-based business model from the ground up.
The Operational Logic:
Service Architecture: Designed the end-to-end service delivery model, from client intake to intelligence reporting.
Competitive Analysis: Conducted deep-market research to define a unique value proposition in the B2B research space.
Infrastructure Mapping: Outlined the tech stack and freelancer-coordination workflows required to run the agency remotely.

Grab the Bears - A Camera-Based Gesture Interaction
A few years ago, gesture interaction required a full engineering team and months of development.
For the Figma Makeathon, I built a working camera-controlled gesture game on my own - entirely in Figma Make.
Grab the Bears reimagines tap and swipe as physical gestures. Players use their right hand to grab floating bears in real time.
