A 30-60-90 day Amazon plan isn't about making as many changes as possible. It's about making the right changes at the right time.
This is how I approach it:
First 30 days: Understand
Before changing campaigns, I want to understand the account.
Product performance, search terms, inventory, campaign structure, conversion, return rates, reimbursements, fees, and overall profitability.
You need a baseline before you can make good decisions.
Days 31–60: Optimize
Now the data starts guiding the changes.
Adjust bids and budgets, harvest search terms, add negatives, improve campaign structure, and fix areas where the data shows an opportunity.
Not 20 changes at once. Make a change. Monitor it. Learn from it.
Days 61–90: Scale
Once I know what is actually working, then we scale.
Increase budgets, expand keywords and targeting, test new ad opportunities, and put more resources behind proven products.
But scaling isn't just about PPC. If conversion drops, I want to know why.
It could be the listing, pricing, competition, reviews, inventory, or something else.
The goal isn't simply to generate more sales.
Understand → Optimize → Scale.
Scale what is proven, not what simply looks good in the sales report.
