Title: Elevating Album Art with Smart AI Outpainting & Aesthetic Direction
​For this project, the challenge was to fix a poorly cropped cover art and adapt it into a high-quality vertical layout (9:16) for streaming and promotion, without losing its original essence.
​The Process:
​Generative Expansion (Outpainting): I took an unexpanded, tightly cropped image and used advanced AI tools to intelligently expand the landscape. This allowed the dark, moody red fields and the atmospheric sky to wrap naturally around the couple.
​Refining the Aesthetic: While generative AI was used to create the base assets, the core focus was to avoid that generic, "robotic" AI look. Every element was carefully selected, blended, and fine-tuned to maintain an authentic, cinematic, and underground vibe.
​The Result: A clean, organic-looking transition from "Before" to "After" that respects the artist's original vision while making it perfectly optimized for modern streaming platforms.
