Long Island Neurosurgical Associates: Full Site Redesign & Growth Partnership. Full website redesign and ongoing growth partnership for one of Long Island's most established neurosurgical practices. Long Island Neurosurgical Associates is one of the most established neurosurgical groups in the New York metro area, with a deep physician roster and a broad procedure offering spanning brain, spine, and peripheral nerve surgery. The existing site didn't reflect that depth, and the practice was leaving organic and paid acquisition on the table.
We took on the engagement as an end-to-end build and growth partner.
What we delivered:
Complete website redesign on a modern, fast-loading stack. Restructured the information architecture so patients researching a specific condition or procedure land on the right page in one click instead of three. Built out individual physician profile pages that surface credentials, sub-specialties, and procedure focus, giving each surgeon their own searchable footprint. Implemented a procedure library with structured content templates so new content gets published in a consistent format that performs in search.
Technical foundation:
Technical SEO baked in from day one. Schema markup for physicians, procedures, and the medical organization itself. Page speed tuned for Core Web Vitals. Mobile-first build, since the majority of patient research happens on phones. Conversion tracking instrumented through Google Tag Manager so every consultation request, phone call, and form submission is attributed back to its source.
The growth package:
The site launch was step one. The ongoing engagement covers content production for high-intent condition and procedure pages, technical SEO maintenance, schema and structured data updates as the practice adds physicians or services, conversion rate optimization based on actual user behavior, and monthly performance reporting that ties site activity to consultation volume.
