SCENE — From creative inquiry to confirmed shoot.

I built SCENE in Lovable for a fictional photography studio in Chicago’s West Loop. Photography bookings involve more than choosing a time: customers need help defining the look, understanding the package and preparing for the shoot. Owners have to translate those requests into something they can actually deliver.

SCENE brings those decisions into one booking experience. Customers describe their goals, optionally upload reference images, and receive an AI-assisted creative brief with suggested directions. They can then choose a package, book an available time and pay a deposit through Stripe test checkout. Availability accounts for the photographer, room and lighting kit together.

The owner receives a structured Shoot Blueprint with the booked resources, preparation guidance, shot plan and outstanding questions. Uncertain requests remain flagged for review rather than becoming promises. If a customer adds a cofounder, SCENE checks the longer appointment and shows the changes to scope, price and deposit before collecting the difference.

I built this to reduce the back-and-forth between “Can I book with you?” and “You’re booked”—while giving the studio useful production details before the customer arrives.
