Ohana Behavioral Health — Somatic Collective & Concierge Matching Engine

💡 The Vision

Ohana is a collective of independent mental health and somatic practitioners based in Marysville, WA. The objective was to redesign their digital entryway into a warm, deeply grounding portal that reduces client intake friction and actively matches patients with the right practitioner based on trauma history, somatic needs, and life transitions.

🛠️ Execution & Architecture

 Somatic Concierge Matcher: Designed an interactive 3-step intake tool that asks gentle diagnostic questions to instantly pair nervous, overwhelmed clients with suitable specialists.

 Warm Editorial Aesthetic: Paired organic forest greens with warm alabaster backgrounds and luxury serif typography to evoke a sense of physical safety before the client ever steps into the clinic.

 Multi-Practitioner System: Built scalable layout components for practitioner cards, specialty badges, and modality breakdowns (EMDR, Somatic Healing, Holistic Counseling).
