I built one app for three kinds of people. The manager, the staff and the delivery driver all open the same app, but each one sees only their own screens. The app knows who you are and takes you to the right place.
This means less code to look after and fewer bugs where someone lands on the wrong page. I build apps like this with Claude Code, which helps me move fast and still keep the code clean.
If you are building an app with different user roles, I am happy to help you plan it.
One app for three roles works well until their needs drift apart. I'd watch the driver flow closely, since they're usually on a phone, mid-task and one-handed, so their screens may need to be far simpler than the manager's.
