Full-Stack EdTech Platform for Online Exams, Progress Tracking
I built CerdasLab, a full-stack online tryout platform for students preparing for entrance exams. It includes a student dashboard, online exam flow, score tracking, history review, subscriptions, and an admin panel for managing users, subjects, tryouts, and questions. I handled both frontend and backend development using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Drizzle ORM, and Better Auth.

I worked on the AI-driven deal analysis engine that pulls in MLS data, rental comps, and neighborhood signals to surface investment-grade properties ranked by projected yield and risk.
