Hi,
We are looking for assistance with a small initial scope of work involving Slack, Salesforce, and our internal team communication systems.
At the moment, we use Microsoft Teams to run what we call our Value-Add and Culture Leader system. We are now looking to bring this into Slack, as Slack and Salesforce are becoming more central to the way we manage our business communications and workflows.
For this first piece of work, we would like to create two Slack canvases:
Value-Add Canvas A structured Slack canvas that allows our team to record, share, track, and communicate value-add ideas, improvements, opportunities, and internal initiatives.
Culture Leader Canvas A structured Slack canvas that helps us communicate and manage our culture leadership process, including recognition, team behaviours, leadership expectations, and cultural improvement items.
This is intentionally a small pilot project. We have a much larger scope of work in mind across Salesforce, Slack, workflow automation, reporting, internal communication, and operational improvement. However, before we discuss the broader project, we want to test the working relationship, communication style, capability, and practical understanding of the person or team we engage.
For this initial scope, we are looking for someone who can help us:
Understand the best way to structure these two Slack canvases.
Recommend the right layout, fields, sections, and workflow logic.
Help migrate or translate the current Teams- Whiteboard approch into Slack.
Ensure the canvases are practical, easy for staff to use, and scalable for future automation.
Provide clear documentation or instructions so our team can maintain and improve the canvases after implementation.
This is not just a technical task for us. It is also a way for us to assess whether the provider is the right fit for a larger and more strategic body of work we are considering.
The ideal person will have experience with Slack, Slack canvases, Salesforce, workflow design, internal communications, and business process improvement. We do not need an overcomplicated solution at this stage. We need something clean, practical, well-structured, and easy to adopt.
