Should I wait a few more days, or is there anything you can do to help us get the credits sooner? Hi @Kayla Li I’ve already joined the #CapCut Seedance 2.5 Challenge and submitted the form for the free credits, but I haven’t received the credits in my CapCut account yet.
Is there a waiting period for the credits to be added, or do I need to complete any additional steps?
Hey @Fajar Wahyu Pribadi, in looking at the credit submission page, it says credits will be added within 1-2 business days. Let us know if you don't see them after tomorrow. Happy creating!
