Your AI app says "Saved!". Did it actually save?
In a well-built AI app, the model never confirms anything. It only turns what the user typed into data. Your code checks it, saves it, reads it back, and only then shows "Saved".
In many AI-built apps it's the other way around. The success message comes from the model or the UI, and nobody checks the database.
Quick test: save something, refresh the page. Is it still there?

This one hit home. I have a rule in my builds now: a write only counts once it's been read back in a separate call. Caught a few "success" responses that saved nothing.
