I built a system that qualifies leads before a human ever sees them.

The setup: new leads land wherever they come in — a form, an inbox, a CRM webhook. n8n picks them up immediately. LangChain pulls relevant context (company size, past interactions, ICP fit signals). Claude scores the lead and drafts a qualifying follow-up or routes it straight to sales if it's clearly a fit. Python handles the scoring logic and logs every decision, so nothing's a black box.

The result: sales only spends time on leads worth the time. Everything else gets a fast, useful reply instead of silence — or gets politely filtered out.

This is the difference between "an AI chatbot" and an actual qualification system: one sounds smart, the other changes what your team spends their day on.
