So I had a convo with my boyfriend today:
12:04 (me): Guess who made a little tool to generate invoices?! It took me an hour to do I'll save 10-15 minutes each month!...it's a bit laggy, but it kinda works!! So fun...
12:10 (him): sounds cool! good job hehe
12:15 (me): forget it, it doesn't work...
12:17: (me): Okay, it works!!! yesss!!
12:17: (me): maybe...
12:25: (him): ??
12:26 (me): yeah...
This kinda sums up AI now.
It does for now, hahah. We'll see on the 1st when I do the invoices xd

When a customer calls to book an appointment, the rep needs an answer immediately. Checking calendars, cross referencing routes, and manually figuring out which technician is available while someone is on the line creates delays and errors.
We designed a booking flow where the rep picks a date and the system filters to that day immediately, showing the AI recommendation for the best technician available. The rep does not have to leave the platform or put the customer on hold. The answer is already there. They confirm and move on.
The AI factors in the technician's schedule, working hours, and how much travel time the appointment adds to their route before surfacing a recommendation.
A client gave this idea the green light before I even started building it.
Been using AI a lot lately to prototype ideas early, show the direction, and make sure we’re aligned before jumping into the actual build.
Such a good time saver.
