I’ve seen this happen too many times..so I have to speak out.

A few years ago, a developer on my team completed a website project with us.

Everything was fine at first. The Client was happy. Project delivered.

Then I noticed something. He kept the control panel to himself.

He had full access… But the client had partial access.

That was it. I sacked him immediately. Cut ties completely. Till today, we don’t talk.

All because one person decided to be shady, and tried to ruin my reputation.

And the truth is, so many agencies are doing this right now.

You paid for a website, it should be yours. Fully. I frown against such behaviour

I offer full time support, access & visibility.

And if you ever decide to leave. You leave with everything. No drama. No lock-ins. That’s how it should be.

Don't get locked out, send me a message today!

ScopeGuard OS is a client portal and internal operations workspace built on Base44 for independent freelancers and small agencies.

The Problem: Freelancers and agencies routinely lose billable hours when out-of-scope requests are made informally after a contract is signed. Because static contracts are disconnected from daily project management, teams end up doing unbilled work.

How ScopeGuard OS Works:

Agency Command Center: Tracks protected revenue, saved admin hours, active portals, and invoice status from a single dashboard.

Contract Scope Rules & Clause Audit: Stores signed contract clauses per project, audits them for ambiguous wording (such as missing revision caps or acceptance windows), and lets teams set enforcement strictness (Relaxed 0.9x, Balanced 1.0x, Strict 1.15x).

Client Portal & 3-Tier Resolution: When a client submits a feature request via text or voice input, ScopeGuard compares it against the project's signed clauses and calculates the cost and timeline impact ($35/hr base, $45/day add-on rate). Out-of-scope requests offer three practical options: Full Scope Change Order, a 50% Lite MVP version, or Defer to Phase 2 backlog at $0.

Automated Billing & Deliverables: Approving a change order automatically updates the project total, creates a task card on the Operations Board, and issues an official printable invoice receipt with one-click settlement.

Public Quote Builder & Cloud DB Sync: Turns a one-sentence project brief into a scoped freelance estimate ($280–$1,450 range) and 4-week roadmap. All projects, clauses, requests, deliverables, invoices, and logs are persisted across devices via Base44 Cloud Database entities.
