Hanan Harb Sahourieh’s work is all about making workplace learning more human, useful, and — yes — cool. I designed a site that could do the same: take a smart, research-backed learning and development practice and give it a visual identity that feels playful, approachable, and distinctly Hanan, without losing the credibility behind the work.

The result is a personality-forward site that makes a complex mix of consulting, learning strategy, workplace communication, and Hanan’s Everybody, Be Cool! framework feel clear, cohesive, and genuinely fun to explore.
