Built a quote-request automation for a portfolio client (Damo’s Group) using Make.com. When a quote request comes in via webhook, it automatically creates a CRM record in Airtable and sends a confirmation email via Gmail — no manual data entry or follow-up needed on the business side. Part of a larger 3-phase build that also includes lead follow-up and calendar booking.

The 'I don't have that information' line is the part most RAG builds skip, and it's the one that matters. How do you set the cutoff? On mine, a fixed similarity threshold broke once I filtered results by user role. Scores shifted and it refused questions it could answer.
