And turn those skills into:

I don't want every new client to mean starting from zero.
I want every project to make the next project easier.

I’ve been working on something a little different for my next Framer template.
Before designing it, I spent the past few weeks learning about an industry I haven’t worked in before: management consulting.
I didn’t want to simply look at existing consulting templates and create my own version.
I wanted to understand the industry first.
I researched different types of consulting businesses to understand:
What they offer
Who they sell to
How they acquire clients
The problems their clients face
How buyers describe those problems
What makes a consulting firm credible
How clients describe their experiences
How SEO and search intent influence their websites
And where the website actually fits into the customer journey
I used AI to help me collect, organize and synthesize the information, while using my own notes and research process to identify patterns and make design decisions.
This is becoming an important part of how I approach both client work and template design.
I don’t want to simply design a website that looks appropriate for an industry.
I want to understand what the business needs the website to accomplish and what the customer needs to know before making a decision.
That research became the foundation for Valen Group, a consulting template focused on a growing business navigating the transition from founder-led operations to a more scalable organization.
Visually, I’m exploring a brutalist typography direction with a strong editorial structure.

Now, stepping into the international market has brought a completely new learning curve. But pushing through the uncertainty pays off: in just a few days, I managed to secure 3 incredible global clients.
To anyone expecting a smooth path in year one, think twice. Modern tech lets us scale faster, but without solid fundamentals in business and storytelling, you’re just guessing and your clients that pay the price.
Take your time. A high follower count doesn't pay the bills unless you know how to build real leverage and deliver hard results.
If I could give one piece of advice, it’s this: stay patient, overdeliver, and never rely on AI to do the core thinking for you.
