About the project Kivone is a project management and team collaboration platform for modern teams. It replaces scattered tools and spreadsheets with one workspace for everything from daily to-dos to complex, multi-team projects. The platform offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required, so the product and website had to make signing up easy. As Project Manager, I coordinated the work from requirements to launch with [designers, developers, QA and content writers].

What I managed

Scope and roadmap: Defined the product scope with stakeholders and turned the feature list (task boards, timelines, goals, integrations) into a phased roadmap for 12 team members.

Feature delivery: Planned and tracked the core modules: Kanban boards, Gantt timelines, OKR tracking and team collaboration.

Sprint planning: Ran weekly sprints with planning, standups, reviews and retrospectives, and kept the backlog prioritized.

Cross-team coordination: Kept design, development and QA aligned so handoffs were clear and blockers were resolved quickly.

Website and onboarding: Coordinated the marketing site (How It Works, Features, Integrations, Pricing, About, FAQ) and the free-trial sign-up flow.

Quality and release: Managed testing, bug triage and feedback rounds, then supported the launch .

Stakeholder updates: Gave weekly status reports covering progress, risks and next steps.
