LOBA Coffee & Bakery already has a strong brand and a loyal community, but I felt its digital experience didn’t fully reflect the warmth and quality customers experience in-store.

So I challenged myself to reimagine the entire experience using Base44—not as a redesign for the sake of aesthetics, but as a product that genuinely helps the business.

discover drinks based on their taste preferences,

receive personalized recommendations,

and answer common questions naturally.

and customer review requests.
The goal wasn’t just to make the website look better.
