Transformed a boutique collector-car dealer's freezing "tandem lot shuffle" and joyrider inquiry nightmare into an interactive 3D concierge booking flow with automated credential verification, route waivers, and an operational staging terminal.

The Fatal Quirks:
"Tandem Lot Tetris": Marcus parks 22 high-end sports & overland vehicles 3 rows deep on a tight lot. Staging one test drive requires cold-starting 3 blocking cars in freezing Colorado weather, unhooking battery tenders, and attaching dealer plates (25 minutes of hard physical labor).
The Joyrider Problem: Over 40% of inbound DMs are unqualified joyriders with expired licenses or no full collision insurance.
No-Show Restaging Waste: If an inquiry ghosts, Marcus wasted 45 minutes moving cars in the snow for nothing.

Live Tandem Lot Map: Top-down grid (Bays A1–C3) showing staging lead times based on how deeply a car is blocked.
Joyrider-Proof Credential Gate: Instant upload & verification for Driver's License, proof of insurance, and buyer purchase intent (30-day allocation vs. collection expansion).
Curated Mountain Route & Canvas Waiver: Choose between Flagstaff Mountain Climb or Peak-to-Peak Highway, with a responsive canvas signature pad and automated 45-minute detailing buffer.
VIP Boarding Pass & Restage Guard: High-contrast QR pass with a live 15-minute countdown clock triggered when the buyer taps "I'm En Route"—auto-releasing the slot if they don't arrive.
2. Marcus's Staging Terminal (Owner Operation)
Live Efficiency Dashboard: Real-time staging queue, vehicle warm-up status, and arrival timers.
1-Click "Car Staged & Warm" SMS Trigger: Alerts buyers when their car reaches operating temperature.

The work is the easy part.

It's private by design. There's no account and no Rendr server; your clients, proposals and files all stay on your Mac. AI features run on your own Claude API key, and Rendr drafts but never sends anything on your behalf.
