This Zapier workflow was designed to automate lead capture, follow-ups, and CRM management for businesses generating leads through social media campaigns.
Automation Sequence
The process begins when a prospect submits information through Facebook Lead Ads. Lead details are automatically added to Pipedrive, where a contact and sales deal are created. A welcome email is sent to the lead, while the sales team receives a Slack notification for quick follow-up. The workflow also records lead data in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. After a three-day delay, a nurture email is delivered to re-engage the prospect. If the lead interacts with the email, the deal stage is automatically updated in Pipedrive to reflect increased interest.

Key challenges included synchronizing lead information across platforms, tracking engagement activity, and maintaining accurate sales records.

The final workflow reduces manual data entry, improves response times, and helps sales teams manage and convert leads more efficiently through automated communication and tracking.

Little Study Path
Homeschool with a Plan, Not Panic
Little Study Path is a K–5 homeschool planning prototype built for the Config Makeathon. It helps overwhelmed parents move from “Where do I begin?” to a clear first-week plan.
The prototype guides parents through a simple setup experience and brings key planning pieces into one place: a weekly schedule, parent dashboard, saved resources, compliance support, and a child-friendly student view.
I designed Little Study Path around a parent-first workflow: reassure the parent, collect only the essential setup details, generate a manageable first-week plan, and separate parent planning tools from the student-facing experience.
The primary prototype was built in Figma Make. I also created a supplemental GitHub/Vercel deployment to explore code-level polish and interaction refinements after the Figma Make prototype was working.
