About My Role & Execution As the Performance Marketing Lead, I scaled a major Meta Ads paid acquisition strategy within the healthcare sector across a 4-month period (Apr 2026 – Jul 2026). My primary objective was to drive massive top-of-funnel reach while maintaining an exceptionally low Cost Per Patient Acquisition (CPA) on a large monthly ad budget.
What I Executed:
Funnel & Audience Targeting: Developed multi-layer audience funnels using Lookalike Audiences (LLAs), interest-based targeting, and broad demographics to capture high-intent healthcare leads.
Creative Strategy & Testing: Tested high-performing ad formats (carousels, video creatives, user testimonials) to boost engagement, drive image uploads, and increase conversion rates.
Budget Scaling & Optimization: Scaled monthly spend from ₹4.5M to ₹6.3M+ while successfully optimizing overall Cost per Action from ₹181.55 down to ₹154.71.
Full-Funnel Tracking: Monitored step-by-step conversions across key patient actions—tracking patients added, medical media uploaded, and paid treatments completed.
Campaign Performance Summary (Apr 2026 – Jul 2026):
Total Ad Spend Managed: ₹2.10 Cr+ (₹21,032,007.41)
Total Patients Acquired: 131,594
Average Cost Per Patient (CPA): ₹159.82
Paid Panel Conversions: 5,383
Pictures/Documents Uploaded: 58,462
Total Impressions & Reach: 669M+ Impressions | 147M+ Unique Reac
