This is an AI agent that acts as a "real estate broker." It's installed on the WhatsApp of the company that provides the properties. As soon as a client contacts it and expresses interest in a house, land, apartment, etc., the agent filters the entire catalog of properties to meet the client's specifications and desires, sending them images of the property, prices, and even comparisons with other properties from the real estate agency so the client can determine if it's what they truly want.

Built on a LangGraph Planner-Researcher architecture, it features an LLM-as-a-judge feedback loop, resilient external tool calling with graceful failure, and full agent tracing via Langfuse to ensure production-level observability.
